ADMISSION POLICIES
Overview
Don Bosco Academy – Bacolor [DBA] is your school. It is your second home. In DBA, you will find opportunities to belong, to learn, to celebrate and to find meaning. As you come to Don Bosco, know that as a child, as a young person, your growth and development is charted in a balanced way, in a holistic way.
All applicants are required to go through the admission screening process. The Admission Committee deliberates on the academic requirements presented, results of interview / entrance examination administered by the School’s Licensed Psychometrician, Principal / Academic Heads /Guidance Personnel. All documents required for submission must be complete and correct; otherwise, the application will not be processed. Successful applicants are admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Don Bosco Bacolor admission procedure for the incoming school year 2024-2025 will be ON-SITE.
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (ES)
Grades 1 to 6
JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL (JHS)
Grades 7 to 10
SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL (SHS)
Grade 11 & 12
(ACADEMIC TRACK-STEM Strand)APPLICATION STARTS on February 5, 2024, and will end when the maximum number in each grade level are filled.
ADMISSIONS PROCEDURES
Fill out the application form.
Submit the complete documentary requirements to the Registrar’s Office for preliminary evaluation.
Pay the application/processing and interview/testing fee to the Cashier’s Office (non-refundable).
Secure the Entrance Examination permit from the Registrar’s Office.
Take the onsite Entrance Examination/Interview which is scheduled on a Wednesday.
Wait for the email of the School’s Psychometrician for the result of the interview/examination after 5 working days.
Get the Acceptance Letter (if the applicant passed the interview/exam) from the Registrar’s Office and parents/guardians will be advised to make the reservation for an assured slot.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
All documentary requirements should be placed in a LONG-BROWN ENVELOPE.
Photocopy of the PSA Birth Certificate
Photocopy of the Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
Original copy of the Certificate of Good Moral
Photocopy of the Report Card (last completed quarter attended)
2pcs. 2 × 2 recent pictures (white background)
Important Reminders:
INCOMPLETE REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
Senior High School Program offers only Academic Track – STEM Strand (Grade requirement for Math & Science subjects should be an average of 85% or above)
OPEN SLOTS for GRADES 1, 2, 7, and 11(on a first-come, first-served basis). Other grade levels have limited slots.
Those who wish to apply in the grade level with no more available slots will be on the waiting list.
