GOALS OF THE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM

 

In line with the vision-mission and consistent with the philosophy of education of Don Bosco Academy – Bacolor, the Senior High School Area commits itself to provide meaningful learning experiences that will mold them to become persons of character and competence ready for higher education and/or the world of work. The area envisions students to become independent, resilient, and morally-upright servant leaders nourished by the teachings of St. John Bosco and The Salesian Preventive System.

 

At the end of Senior High School course of study, the students should be able to:

1.       create projects that creatively showcase depth in knowledge and kills in one’s chosen strand

2.       engage in collaborative activities that allow them adapt to real-life situations in higher education and work

3.       evaluate critically and analytically real-life and career circumstances

4.       communicate morally upright and humane perspectives/stands on local, national, and global concerns

5.       implement activities that showcase sense of mission and servant leadership for the good of the community and country

6.       develop continuous maturity in Salesian spirituality as exemplified in one’s conduct and character
